Client Work

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, intellectual property rights for custom software developed for clients transfer to the client upon full payment. Specific IP terms are detailed in individual service agreements.

Use of our SaaS products (such as Alive Check) is subject to the specific terms and conditions of each product. By subscribing to a SaaS product, you agree to the product-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

5. User Conduct

Payment terms for consulting and development services are specified in individual service agreements. SaaS product subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EgoVoid Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
