Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for EgoVoid Software's consulting services and SaaS product subscriptions.

1. Consulting & Development Services

Before Work Begins

If you cancel an engagement before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or advance payments within 14 business days.

During an Engagement

Consulting and development engagements may be cancelled by either party with 14 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation:

  • You will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any advance payments exceeding the value of completed work will be refunded within 14 business days
  • All deliverables completed to date will be transferred to you
  • Intellectual property for completed work transfers to you upon payment

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost, provided the concern is raised within 14 days of delivery and falls within the agreed scope of work.

2. SaaS Product Subscriptions

Free Trials

Where offered, free trials allow you to evaluate the product before committing to a paid subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and billing will commence.

Cancellation

You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • You retain access to your data for 30 days after the subscription ends
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law

Refunds for Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Service outage exceeding 48 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the first paid billing cycle (not applicable after the first cycle)

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused months. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the billing period.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at contact@egovoid.software with your account details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of our services
  • Requests made outside the applicable refund windows
